2. Team Interview Sessions
Our process includes conducting interviews with each team member to gather valuable insights. This information is then integrated into the Strategic Roadmap, aligning it with your goals and objectives for a cohesive direction. By leveraging the unique perspectives of your team, we ensure that our strategies are tailored to meet your specific needs.
3. Interview Summary
After the Team Interview Sessions, we will provide a comprehensive report detailing the key insights gained. This report will outline how we plan to integrate these learnings into our Strategic Roadmap, ensuring that our strategies align with the team's feedback and insights moving forward. Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment that leverages team input for enhanced decision-making growth.
4. Participant Guide
Based on your goals and objectives along with insights from the Interview Summary Report, we have crafted a customized Team Development Participant Guide. This guide is designed to enhance your experience during the Team Development Session, providing valuable resources and structured activities to foster collaboration and growth. We encourage all participants to engage fully with the materials to maximize the benefits of the session.
5. Team Development Session
We facilitate a full day of effective team development, with two options: virtual or in-person.
6. Post-Facilitation Report
Includes a summary of the Team Development Session with decisions, agreements, with roadmap, and next steps.
7. Leadership Check-Ins
30, 60, and 90 day progress assessment check-ins with executive leadership.
